Partner Organization Terms
These Partner Terms apply when you apply to create or administer a partner organization on Haya Al Alfalah. They supplement the Platform Terms of Use.
Partner organization terms
These Partner Organization Terms (“Partner Terms”) are an agreement between you (the applicant or organization representative) and Haya Al Alfalah (“Haya”, “we”, “us”) for creating and operating a partner organization on the Platform.
They supplement the Platform Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict for partner-organization features, these Partner Terms control for that subject.
By submitting an organization application, checking acceptance on the application form, or continuing to administer an approved organization, you agree to these Partner Terms (version 2026-11-01).
Identity verification and documents
To review applications and verify organizations, Haya may require a government-issued identity document for the responsible person / owner, plus organization registration details where applicable.
- Identity documents are stored privately and are not published on the public partner site.
- We typically retain only limited identifiers (such as document type and last four characters of an ID number) in structured fields, plus the uploaded file for staff review.
- Staff and Super Admins with the relevant permissions may view these materials for approval, verification, appeals, and compliance.
- Providing false documents is grounds for rejection, suspension, or closure of the organization and related accounts.
Hosting, content, and conduct
Approved partner organizations remain hosted on the Haya Platform. You agree that:
- Organization content (posts, events, resources, projects, messages) must follow Platform rules and community standards.
- Haya may moderate, hide, or remove content, and may suspend or close an organization for policy, legal, or safety reasons.
- Partner websites (including branded Mode B pages) must not collect unlawful data, run unauthorized advertising, or host malware.
- Storage and feature limits may apply as configured by the Platform (including quotas and module settings).
Privacy of members and applicants
If your organization collects personal information from members or the public through the Platform, you must handle it lawfully, only for legitimate organization purposes, and consistently with our Privacy Policy and any organization privacy notice you publish.
You must not sell member data or use Platform messaging to spam people outside your organization context.
Review decisions and appeals
Creating an organization requires staff review. Approval is not guaranteed. Haya may request more information, place an application on legal hold, reject an application, or require updates after approval.
Where the Platform provides an appeals process, you may submit an appeal with a clear statement and optional evidence. Appeal outcomes are final for that request unless Haya reopens the matter.
Responsibility
The organization and its admins are responsible for their own activities, statements, financial arrangements, and compliance with local law. Haya provides Platform tools “as is” within the limits described in the Platform Terms of Use.
